Hear from Brazil’s most celebrated living architect Paulo Mendes da Rocha, as he delivers a unique public lecture to mark the occasion of his commendation as Royal Gold Medallist 2017.

Given in recognition of a lifetime’s work, the Royal Gold Medal is approved personally by Her Majesty The Queen and is given to a person or group of people who have had a significant influence either directly or indirectly on the advancement of architecture.

As part of Royal Gold Medal Week 2017, Mendes da Rocha will reflect on a prolific career that spans over six decades of architectural practice and teaching.
